Billing, Insurance & Fees

A member of our billing department will contact you to review your financial responsibility prior to surgery. King of Prussia Surgery Center charges cover the use of our facility only. Our fees do not include laboratory, pathology, surgeon or anesthesia charges. You will be billed separately for those services. As a courtesy, we will bill your primary and secondary insurance carriers or governmental agency directly.

Please note, you and your physician may be required to adhere to certain pre-operative guidelines in order to achieve maximum reimbursement for your surgery. Contact your insurance company prior to surgery to inquire about their policies. Failure to obtain prior authorization, physician referral or second opinions may greatly reduce or eliminate your benefits. Your co-payment and/or co-insurance will be due the day of surgery.

Patients without insurance or those having cosmetic surgery are required to pay their fees in advance of surgery. If you have billing questions or require a special payment arrangement, please contact our billing department at 610-798-6054.
